It’s not a surprise that both of the Tigers’ top seeded wrestlers won today, but Alan Waters at 125 and Dominique Bradley at Heavyweight will be joined in tonight’s semifinals by 149 pounder Drake Houdashelt. The unseeded Houdashelt continued his stunning performance with an overtime victory today over Kevin Tao of American. Houdashelt’s path to the semifinals also included wins on Thursday over seeded wrestlers from Minnesota and Penn State.

That’s Missouri Coach Brian Smith. Two time defending champion Penn State leads the team race with five wrestlers in tonight’s semifinals.
